Once submitted, you’ll be taken to our upload page where you can send us your photos and files. We recommend a resolution of at least 300 DPI for the best restoration results.
OPTION 2:
Organise a Pick-up!
If you're located in Melbourne, we may be able to arrange a local pick-up. Complete the form below and we'll be in touch to confirm availability.
OPTION 3:
Send via Aus Post Express.
Place your photo in a rigid mailer or between two pieces of cardboard. Include your name, email and phone number inside the envelope.

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your photos, we’ll assess the condition and determine which level of restoration it falls under — Basic, Standard, or Premium.These service levels reflect the amount of work involved, but we can only confirm this after reviewing the image in person.
We’ll then provide a quote, and only begin work once you’ve approved the price. After the restoration is complete, we’ll return your originals safely along with your final result.
